Ethical Code of Conduct for teachers
All teachers in Yeonsung University are scholars that investigate academic theories and realities; are teachers that nurture talents necessary for our society; are members of our college community; and are components of our local community. Thus, all faculty members will follow the following ethical code of conduct.

First, all teachers must be creative and must work diligently in practical research activities. As researchers, all teachers must follow the code of conduct for intellectual honesty and respect the diversity of academic freedom.

Second, all teachers must give their all in teaching and supervising the students. All teachers must humanely respect the students, not discriminate among students and uphold fairness in student evaluation. All teachers must give their all to develop the students’ academic intelligence and mature the students.

Third, all teachers must respect the university’s honor and name. All teachers must contribute to the objectives and visions of the university, and must do their responsibility and part in the development of the university. All teachers must follow the university’s various regulations, under the condition that they do not receive academic restriction, and must prioritize their responsibility inside the school.

Fourth, all teachers must not lose their dignity as academic scholars. All teachers are civilians and must contribute in sustaining the dignity of the university. All teachers must not be part of any dishonorable activities that may lower the honor of the university.

Ethical Code of Conduct for workers
All workers in Yeonsung University are administrators that nurture talents necessary for our society; are members of our college community; and are components of our local community. Thus, all faculty members will follow the following ethical code of conduct.

First, all workers must uphold their responsibility and pride as professional university administrators. All workers must strive to learn new knowledge and improve their skills to provide the best professionalism. All workers must strive to improve their personal capacity.

Second, all workers must give their all in establishing the trust and transparency of the administration. All workers must respect the principles and laws of fair competition. All workers must also follow the law to fairly do all of the tasks. All workers will not participate in any dishonorable activities related to the task.

Third, all workers must respect the university’s honor and name. All teachers must contribute to the objectives and visions of the university, and must do their responsibility and part in the development of the university. All workers must follow the university’s various regulations, under the condition that they do not receive academic restriction, and must prioritize their responsibility inside the school.

Fourth, all workers must not lose their dignity as academic administrators. All workers must respect other departments’ workers and must prioritize all of their actions to the development of the students. All workers must respect all students and give their all to provide the best service for the students.

Ethical Code of Conduct for students
All students in Yeonsung University are talents that the university wishes to nurture; are members of our college community; and are components of our local community. Thus, all students will follow the following ethical code of conduct.

First, all students must pursue practical knowledge by refining their character and learning about a wide range of knowledge.

Second, all students must give their all in their academics with a passionate attitude. They must aim to stack professional knowledge and build a comprehensive state of mind.

Third, all students must respect the diverse cultures and perspectives; must cooperate and communicate with others; and must practice sharing and cooperation.

Fourth, all students must respect the value and humane characteristics of the university’s teachers and workers. All students must mind their manners to all of the university’s workers, teachers, students and friends.
