1.General Objective To nurture food & nutrition experts (nutritionists, hygienists) with intelligence, creativity and communication skills. These individuals will possess national certifications and can contribute in the improvement of national health by providing ideal food & nutrient through the implementation of Yeonsung University's long-term development strategy in moral education, associated education and communication education. 2.Specific Objectives (1)To nurture nutritionists (especially corporate meal suppliers and public meal suppliers) that plans, cooks and supplies menus that are balanced in nutrition and properly evaluate the supply/cooking of such menus for the goal of improving the local community’s and national health and cure diseases. To also nurture professional food cooks (through a NCS-based, in-site orientated education process) that recommends and provides suitable food for customers in restaurants. (2)To strengthen career guidance and employment guidance so that students can adjust to the school life easier (3)To improve the meals of companies through nutrition education businesses and university-industrial cooperation (4)To strengthen the in-site computation practices to improve the employment rate
