The department is for those who’ve achieved an associate degree and are working as a technician in the industry scene. To provide continuous education for these technicians and re-invigorate in-depth education, Yeonsung University operates the department that has received approval from MOE. If students finish the process, they will receive a bachelor’s degree from a four-year-college.

Education Objectives of the Department
Based on the learned contents from 2 years of professional academic process, students will learn in-site task practices and theoretical academic process that will allow them to receive a bachelor's degree from a four-year-college. Students will also gain an upgraded cooking skill (required at the scene) and a general understanding of the start-up and food industries. Classes will be done in subdivision and mostly in-practice orientation to nurture professional cooks.
